Membership costs

How much you pay depends on your age. Memberships are valid from January 1 – December 31. If you apply for membership after September 1, you will be charged a discounted rate for the remaining few months. Membership for the upcoming year opens on November 1st.

Please note that PGOSA is an age-restricted organization; therefore, we require that you submit your year of birth with your application. Your year of birth is only required to confirm eligibility and will not be shared with anyone.

Please fill out the online form to become a member. If you run into any issues submitting the form, please contact us at membership@pgosa.org. You can also reach us with the same contact info to check if you’ve already renewed your membership or to request a card replacement.

Other ways to apply

In person

Sign up in person at a PGOSA Table. Print our online form (single or couples), fill it out, and bring it with you to our table. We often have copies available that you can use if you do not have access to a printer. PGOSA volunteers will check your form, take payment and issue your card. Please note that we require 1 form per person – note 1 form per couple.

By mail

Print our online form (single or couples), fill it out, and mail it to our membership committee. Please include the following: A cheque that covers the membership fee and the chosen badge option. You must include a stamped self-addressed envelope in order to receive your PGOSA Membership card.

PGOSA volunteers will check your form, verify payment and mail your card. Subject to the vagaries of Canada Post and the availability of PGOSA Membership Committee volunteers, this could take at least 10 business days. If you wish to participate in a PGOSA activity within 2 weeks, please use one of the other two membership options available. Your application will be delayed if you do not include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for your membership card.
