Slo-Pitch

Slo-Pitch
Outdoor Slo-Pitch (PSAG)
Location: Parksville Community Park
Cost: $40
Schedule: This is a 2 day a week activity with all games scheduled between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

"Red" Level, a more competitive Co-ed level, plays Monday and Thursday mornings.

"White" Level, for a more relaxed Co-ed game, plays on Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Batting helmets are required to be worn for batters and baserunners, and catcher's masks are required to be worn at all games, regardless of level.

Details: We are a mixed league, and open for players a minimum 55 years and plus (some of us are quite ‘plus’🙃; the average age over both divisions is 68/69). Our season typically starts in early April and runs through August.

We have two divisions, Red and White. Red is, on average, younger and more physically competitive and plays on Monday and Thursday mornings. White Division plays on Wednesday and Friday mornings.

All players preferring the Red Division will be ability classified and drafted accordingly by the Red team captains a couple of weeks prior to season start. All undrafted players and White Division-preferred players will then be drafted by the White Division captains.

If you are a new player and wish to play in the Red Division, we will hold a short evaluation session prior to the draft.
