Can't remember if you have already renewed or can't find your card? Email us for confirmation of your status and a replacement card.
After submitting the form, you will be directed to PayPal. If you decide to cancel prior to completing payment, your membership application will not be complete. Once you complete the payment, you will receive a "welcome member" email. PGOSA will have received your funds. Please contact Shelley at if you have any questions or problems with this process.
You will note that the final payment amount you will be charged using this online membership application is a little higher than the membership fee posted elsewhere on the website. This is because your payment will be made through PayPal, who charge a small handling fee on all payments. if you wish to avoid this small fee, we invite you to submit your membership application in person at the PGOSA Table. You can also use this form to order a PGOSA name badge, which can be either mailed to you via Canada Post or held for you to pick up at the PGOSA table.
Your membership card will still be required in order for you to be eligible to participate in PGOSA activities or to receive any discounts offered by the Friends of PGOSA. You can receive the card via Canada Post or you can receive the card via email for you to display on your smart phone or print off as a wallet card.
