Intermediate Cycling

Intermediate A (need a volunteer activity leader) and B Cycling: Thu & Sun, 10:00am winters & 9:30am summers from 500 Despard Avenue, Springwood Park parking lot (off-leash dog park at the end of Despard).

Approx. 30 - 40 km averaging around 18 kmph for Intermediate A and 16 kmph for Intermediate B.
